Return & Refund Policy

At Shawl Secret Europe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you have the right to return your item and request a refund under the terms outlined below.

  • ⁠Right of Withdrawal (Returns Within 14 Days)

As a customer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund, including the original shipping costs.

  • Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
✔ The product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
✔ It must be returned in its original packaging.
✔ A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions:
❌ Worn or used scarves and headscarves.
❌ Items with visible stains, makeup marks, or odors.
❌ Personalized or custom-made products.
❌ Gift cards and digital products.

  • How to Return Your Order

 

    1. Notify Us

        use our return portal to initiate your return.
    2. Prepare Your Return
        Securely package the item and include a copy of your order confirmation.
    3. Ship Your Return
        Send the package to our return address.
        The customer is not responsible for return shipping costs.
    4. Keep Proof of Shipment
        Retain your tracking number until we confirm the return.

  • ⁠ ⁠Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days using the original payment method.

 

  • Refund Method

   •    Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (iDEAL, Apple pay, Google pay, credit card, etc.).
   •    Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:
   1.    Check your bank account or PayPal transaction history.
   2.    Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
   3.    Reach out to us at info@shawlsecreteurope.com if the issue persists.

  • ⁠Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged or defective item, please:
   •    Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
   •    Provide clear photos of the issue.
   •    We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

  • Order Cancellations & Refunds

    •    Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they are shipped.
    •    If your order has already been shipped, you must return it before a refund is issued.
